The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will provide administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer, General Manager and leadership team. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager, will also play a crucial role in managing the efficient operations of the overall headquarters office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative and office duties, coordinating office activities/events and arrange meetings and travel. This position requires a high level of organizational & communication skills, planning, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a diverse range of tasks.

The manufacturing engineer is responsible for maintaining and developing best practices for the production of the Apollo Press product line. This includes but is not limited to: updating drawings for parts and tooling, troubleshooting machine problems, development of standard work, and participating in lean production activities. The manufacturing engineer, will serve as an integral team member within the manufacturing engineering group, reporting to the manufacturing engineering manager.

The wastewater "d" operator is responsible for making sure the plant is in safe working conditions at all times. This role will keep records of all testing conducted and inform the correct individuals when any issues arise.

The finance manager will be a business partner to plant managers and the senior leadership team to provide the analysis and guidance they need to make sound decisions that will impact the business on a yearly basis.

The warehouse order picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The order picker is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

The billing clerk position is responsible for handling all paperwork requirements and scheduling trucks to pick up orders that are ready to ship.

The packaging associate is responsible for packing customer orders in appropriate boxes and securing the product for shipment.
