As the vice president of Shurjoint, you will lead the sales strategy and drive revenue & market share for our Shurjoint business. This position which reports to the CCO, will lead the Shurjoint sales team. This role will position Aalberts IPSA as the product of choice for our existing customers while collaborating with product management to gain new customers/accounts with innovative products that meet customer’s current and future needs.

The regional sales director, will be responsible for leading a dynamic world class sales team. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for implementing technology, processes and partnering with the account management, customer success, marketing, product engineering and operations teams, to deliver the best possible customer experience. Responsible for managing and leading sales employees to deliver upon all sales goals. The role develops and executes sales policies, objectives and initiatives to increase revenue growth for the sales team. The regional sales director will live in and be willing to travel within assigned territory.

The commercial market manager will actively establish the strategic direction for Manufacturing Reps & Wholesale Distribution in an effort to gain market share. This role will be guided and will report to the Regional Sales Director. Required to create annual strategic business plans, develop regional project tracking logs, and build strong relationships with engineers, contractors, owners, and distributors. The role is to manage the business for long term year over year growth.

The Commodity Manager will maintain working relationships with current supplier sales representatives and identify potential new sources. This position will travel to supplier facilities and IPSA sites.

The Shurjoint regional sales managers will actively establish the strategic direction within the assigned region(s) and nationally by working as a team within this newly focused sales unit for Aalberts IPSA/Apollo Valves grooved product line. Gaining market share and creating brand identity and recognition will be key focuses of these roles. These positions will be supported by and will report directly to the vp of sales, Shurjoint USA. The RSMs will create annual strategic business plans, develop regional project tracking logs, and build strong relationships with engineers, contractors, owners, and distributors. The essential role is to manage the business and execute a strategy for long term year over year growth.

The wastewater "d" operator is responsible for making sure the plant is in safe working conditions at all times. This role will keep records of all testing conducted and inform the correct individuals when any issues arise.

The warehouse order picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The order picker is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

The billing clerk position is responsible for handling all paperwork requirements and scheduling trucks to pick up orders that are ready to ship.

The packaging associate is responsible for packing customer orders in appropriate boxes and securing the product for shipment.
