As the vice president of Shurjoint, you will lead the sales strategy and drive revenue & market share for our Shurjoint business. This position which reports to the CCO, will lead the Shurjoint sales team. This role will position Aalberts IPSA as the product of choice for our existing customers while collaborating with product management to gain new customers/accounts with innovative products that meet customer’s current and future needs.
essential duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver revenue and gross margin KPI’s for the Shurjoint business.
- Meet or exceed regional/market specific growth targets and sales execution.
- Partner with Product Management for input on product needs and VOC for future innovative roadmaps.
- Direct and align with the customer experience leader for the Shurjoint support and quote team.
- Develop and support business plans that gain market share and profitability in target markets.
qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college; 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
- Proven experience leading sales and business development teams.
- Broad market knowledge for Shurjoint markets/customers.
- Passionate about the customer experience.
- Results driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Change champion. Passionate about transformation and know how to gain buy in and how to implement.
- Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain professional working relationships with builders, vendors, subordinates, colleagues, and executive leadership. Ability to gain buy-in with these stakeholders.
- Strategic mind-set with a focus on the long-term approach.
