regional inside sales lead - Southern California

We are seeking a regional inside sales lead with strong attention to details; a desire to achieve exceptionally high service; and truly values our customers, products, and services for our business.

essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the regional sales director while working with the regional sales team daily to assist in providing leading customer service to our partners.
  • Create and maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to customers within assigned regions as well as outside of assigned region as needed.
  • Respond within stated SLA’s and provide accurate information on all inquiries regarding pricing, orders, product availability, expedites and shipping information.
  • Maintain and resolve cases/emails in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Apollo Online & JD Edwards to review customer specific information as needed.
  • Make sound decisions to maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefits.
  • Perform all duties as assigned and requested.
  • This will be a remote position and must reside inside the responsible territory.
  • Display high standards of professional conduct at all times.
  • Maintain a current library of reference material.
  • Be a strong team player in all aspects and displaying a can do, let’s roll up our sleeves attitude at all times.


qualifications and requirements:

  • Must have the ability to work quickly and accurately within a multitasking environment.
  • Must possess interpersonal skills, organizational skills, be a self-starter, detailed oriented, and have the ability to multitask and communicate (verbal and written).
  • Strong phone and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management within the company.

The annual base pay range for this role is between $65,000.00 - $80,000.00.
