The multiple-logistics/distribution manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple distribution centers, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing teams, coordinating logistics, standardizing processes across locations, and driving continuous improvement to support business growth.

- Oversee staffing plans, training programs, and talent development initiatives for all locations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across all distribution centers.

- Ensure efficient coordination of inbound and outbound logistics to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory control processes and reporting across all sites.
- Partner with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.

- Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements across multiple facilities.

qualifications and responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, including multi-site responsibility.
- Proven leadership experience with large teams and multiple facilities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.ost per unit across all sites.
