The hr administrator is a key member of the HR team, with primary responsibility for performing a variety of professional and technical task providing HR excellence throughout the organization. In this role, the HR Administrator will build productive relationships with supervisors, employees and HR to support our world-class operations in Pageland, SC.

essential duties and responsibilities: 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes and applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments for hourly positions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, which may involve paperwork completion, orientation, and training coordination.
  • Assist supervisors in monitoring and recording employee attendance, working hours, and time-off requests.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are communicated effectively and consistently applied throughout the organization.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting with conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Maintaine confidentiality and proper documentation of HR-related files and information.

qualifications and requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HR administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
