Responsible for following schematics and assembling product parts.

essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the correct assembly of the small valves.
  • Able to follow standard methods and operating procedures already in place.
  • Can operate and efficiently use various air tools.
  • Test small valves to ensure that company quality standards are being met.
  • Use correct stamp and assemble nameplate along with the unit number.
  • Follow and obey all safety rules while wearing required safety equipment.


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • High attention to detail and escalate errors to management when needed.
  • General knowledge of the products being assembled.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift when needed.
  • Must possess the ability to assemble products accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • The ability to do frequent twisting and bending at the waist.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally.

  • Ability to develop general knowledge of the products we manufacture.
  • Ability to communicate effectively between multiple department supervisors.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a machine operator or set up position within a manufacturing setting.
